Werner Stelzer holds an MBA from Boston University, MA. His professional career has given him ample international exposure ranging from R&D with Sulzer Bros Ltd, Winterthur, a Swiss multinational, to worldwide marketing & sales responsibilities for the Flow Controls division of Rockwell International Corporation (a large US based multinational) to the aluminium industry at Alusuisse, Switzerland. Prior to the merger of Algroup (the former Alusuisse) with Alcan in 2000, he was a member of the management board of Alusuisse Swiss Aluminium Ltd in Switzerland and Director of the Sierre Rolling Mill Profit Centre. In the new Alcan, he is a vice-president of Alcan Inc, and also the member of the executive team of the EAA Automotive Market Group in Brussels.

Mark Norcliffe has over 20 years international business experience, in the automotive and transportation industries. Currently he is Head of International Business Services at the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders (SMMT) - the trade association which represents all sectors of automotive industry in the UK - and supports British companies in developing successful global business partnerships.He has been a frequent visitor to China since 1996, writing and speaking regularly on local automotive issues.

Prior to joining QAD,Maxwell has been the pre-sales manager in 1996 of JDEdwards China,promoted to sales manager in 1999 and sales director in 2000.And he was the general manager of Infrontier Chian from 2001.
